(ROCKWALL, TX – Sept. 22, 2018) Fifth graders at Linda Lyon Elementary School recently participated in a poster contest, “What does the Constitution Mean to You?” Audrey Bailey earned first place and will receive a$100 savings bond. Three additional students earned honorable mention. The students’ posters will hang in the American National Bank next week.
