(ROCKWALL, TX – Aug. 28, 2019) On Tuesday, September 3, the Rockwall City Council will hold a work session at 4:00 p.m. and discuss an Action Item during the regular city council meeting starting at 6:00 p.m. regarding a sidewalk policy as it relates to the 2018 Roadway Bond projects that were discussed at the previous council meeting.
