The Rockwall Breakfast Rotary Club is dedicated to the community of Rockwall and to promoting American patriotism. Through its Stars & Stripes program, the club provides United States flags at residences and businesses for seven holidays each year: President’s Day, Memorial Day, Flag Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Patriots Day (Sept 11), and Veteran’s Day.
All of the proceeds are turned back into the community of Rockwall County in the form of beautification and assistance projects and to help the children and youth of Rockwall County through Coats for Kids, scholarships, Camp RYLA and End Polio Now.
