Rockwall County Office of Emergency Management: 17 additional COVID-19 cases, 89 total

UPDATE 8:35PM – New data received from DSHS states 30 cases recovered in Rockwall County.

Broadmoor Medical Lodge UPDATE 8:35PM – All testing of residents and staff is complete. To date, there are a total of 26 COVID-19 cases, 20 residents, and 6 staff. Of these 26 cases, 11 were asymptomatic and showed no signs of having COVID-19. This is why it’s important to wear a mask when around others, asymptomatic spread is occurring. The total number of positive cases in this update does not match the graphic update below or on RCOEM Facebook or the County website. This is because Broadmoor has shared real-time information with us and the Department of State Health Services (DSHS) data lags a bit behind. Prayers for all.
