(HEATH, TX – May 26, 2020) Chief Terry Garrett, Director of the Department of Public Safety, is retiring from the City of Heath after 14 years of dedicated service. Heath Mayor Kelson Elam and the City Council honored Chief Garrett with this proclamation tonight. But, as the City of Heath hints on its Facebook page, “there’s more to come in this farewell. So stay tuned and please join us in thanking Chief Garrett for all that he has done for our community.”
