(ROCKWALL, TX – May 30, 2020) The Rockwall County Library will open its doors Monday, June 1 after “redecorating” to ensure patron and staff safety during the pandemic. Temporary hours will be Monday and Wednesday 10-6, Tuesday and Thursday 10-8, and Friday 10-5. This also means a temporary change in services.
“We understand these temporary changes will disappoint many of you who need more than to check out books, movies, and CDs,” they wrote on their Facebook page. “We appreciate your understanding regarding our limited services at this time as we are following Governor Abbott’s guidelines for libraries and museums and the direction of the Rockwall County Commissioners Court.”
