HEATH, TX – July 28, 2020 – Heath Mayor Kelson Elam and City Council honored Dr. Gary Bonacquisti with a proclamation this evening, in recognition of his extraordinary service to Rockwall County, including his position as Rockwall County Medical Director from 2006 and into the midst of a global pandemic, where his leadership and knowledge have help guide other community leaders through unprecedented times.
