ROCKWALL, TX (August 11, 2020) The Health Center of Helping Hands is helping families get ready for Back to School with affordable school physicals and vaccines.
Vaccines
1. No appointment needed
2. Hours 8:30am – 11:30am and 2:30-4:30pm Monday-Friday.
3. You must have complete shot record
4. Only patients and one parent/legal guardian are allowed in the clinic for immunizations at this time
5.For uninsured or Medicaid programs only. We do not accept private insurance for immunizations.
Sport Physicals
1. Appointment preferred/Walk-ins accepted
2. Appointment Hours 8:00am – 12:30pm and 2:30-4:30pm Monday-Friday
3. Only patients and one parent/legal guardian are allowed in the clinic for sports physicals at this time
