ROCKWALL, TX (September 9, 2020) Rockwall’s 12th Annual Rib Rub, Run & Roll will feature a Car Show hosted by T&T Color Supply, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Independent Bank park lot, located in Rockwall’s historic downtown square.
Organizers pointed out that last year the car show was full and could only take a limited number of drive-ins; therefore, those interested in registering a vehicle in the car show should do so EARLY.
Registration is $20 per car and includes a free event T-shirt. To register, call 469-699-9991 or come by T&T Color Supply, 202 North Fannin Street, Rockwall, TX 75087.
Awards will be announced at 1:45 p.m. and include:
- Mayor’s Award (1st and 2nd)
- Military VIP (1st and 2nd)
- People’s Choice (1st and 2nd)
- Best Paint (1st and 2nd)
- Best Interior (1st and 2nd)
- Best Motor (1st and 2nd)
- Best GM (1st and 2nd)
- Best Ford (1st and 2nd)
- Best MOPAR (1st and 2nd)
- Best Foreign (1st and 2nd)
- Parks and Rec Award (1st and 2nd)
- Best Original (1st and 2nd)
As always, the car show is part of the annual Rib Rub, Run and Roll event, sponsored by the City of Rockwall Parks and Recreation Department, which also includes a 10K, 5K and 1 Mile Fun Run; live music; and a smokin’ hot BBQ competition.
