ROCKWALL, TX – Nov. 6, 2020 – Rockwall County Helping Hands has plans underway for its 2020 Christmas Toy Drive and Distribution. More than 1,000 local children are excepted to be served through this special program.
The Toy Drive begins Friday, Nov. 20 and runs through the close of business on Monday, Dec. 7.
