Retiring Rockwall County Sheriff Harold Eavenson honored with ‘Appreciation Day’

ROCKWALL, TX – December 11, 2020 – Today was proclaimed Sheriff Harold Eavenson Appreciation Day, presented by Rockwall County Judge David Sweet on behalf of the Commissioners Court, honoring and recognizing Sheriff Eavenson’s  20 years of service to Rockwall County and its citizens.

Sheriff Jim Skinner from the Collin County Sheriff’s Office and long time friend of Sheriff Eavenson, Texas Senator Bob Hall, Rockwall County Sheriff-Elect Terry Garrett, Sheriff Larry Smith from the Smith County Sheriffs Office, Sheriff Bryan Beavers from the Kaufman County Sheriffs Office, Jim Hughes from the North Texas Crime Commission and many other friends and Associates presented Sheriff with awards and accolades today.
