FATE, TX – Jan. 13, 2021 – The City of Fate will hold a General Election on Saturday, May 1, 2021, for the purpose of electing two (2) City Council Members, Place 1 and Place 5, and one (1) citizen to serve as Mayor. The citizens elected to serve as Council Members in Places 1 and 5 will serve a three-year term, from May 2021 to May 2024. The citizen elected to serve as Mayor will fill an unexpired term, from May 2021 to May 2022.
Candidate Packet and applications are available for pickup in the City Secretary’s office or online here.
January 13, 2021, is the first day to file an application for the May 1, 2021, General Election Ballot.
February 12, 2021, at 5:00 p.m. is the last day to file an application for a place on the May 1, 2021, General Election Ballot.
