ROCKWALL, TX – March 29, 2021 – Sharon Shannon Elementary PTA will host a fundraising event from 5 to 9 p.m. Tuesday, April 6 at Joe Willy’s, 2006 S. Goliad St. in Rockwall.
Mrs. Zoila Montanez is a devoted and caring instructional aide working with special needs students. She was diagnosed with breast cancer last October and has had to take a leave from work while undergoing 16 rounds of chemo in preparation for a mastectomy and reconstructive surgery.
“Mrs. Zoila gives so much to her students we want to give back with this fundraiser at Joe Willy’s,” said Luisa Zavala with the Shannon Elementary PTA.
All money raised will help the family with medical bills and related expenses. Dine in, curbside, or to go orders count!
