ROCKWALL, TX (Oct. 8, 2021) Highland Meadows Health and Rehab will host a community TRUNK OR TREAT event from 3:30 to 5 p.m. Friday, Oct. 29 at its facility, 1870 S. John King Blvd. in Rockwall. Bring the kiddos for safe trick-or-treating fun, hosted by the Highland Meadows family and other community sponsors.
If you like candy and cars, you’ll enjoy some classic automobiles that are planning to participate in the festivities as well!
Highland Meadows is a 120-bed, privately owned and operated skilled nursing and long term care facility that was recently awarded five stars, the highest quality rating possible from CMS.gov (Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services). CMS created the Five-Star Quality Rating System to help consumers, their families, and caregivers compare nursing homes. The overall rating is based on performance of health inspections, staffing, and quality of resident care measures.
Highland Meadows was also voted the Best Rehabilitation Center in Rockwall and Rowlett by readers of Living Magazine.
