ROCKWALL, TX (April 27, 2022) The Rockwall County Democratic Party would like to congratulate our own RCDP super volunteers, Lynda and Lynn Allen, who were recognized at the Awards Luncheon for Meals on Wheels Senior Services of Rockwall County.
The “In Colour: Creating a Brighter World One Senior at a Time” celebration was filled with excitement as the Hometown Hero Award, presented by Modern Woodmen, was presented to Lynda and Lynn Allen, who are long-time residents of Rockwall County. They have been volunteering for Meals on Wheels for 13 years.
Lynda and Lynn have dedicated their lives to being county contributors to the greater good, and they have devoted their lives delivering meals and taking care of our county seniors. Today, they were honored as Hometown Heroes!
Congratulations to Lynda and Lynn for a well-deserved recognition and we need to thank them and appreciate them for all of their tireless caring service to our seniors in need.
