ROCKWALL, TX (Sept. 12, 2022) Lexi Duran is a senior varsity cheerleader at Rockwall High School, where she currently serves her squad as the Co-Head Cheerleader. She is a 4x NCA All-American Cheerleader, NCA High School National Champion (2021), TGCA 6A All Star Cheerleader and TGCA 6A All State Cheerleader. During her four years as an RHS cheerleader, she has been awarded Best Leader, Best Attitude, 4.0- GPA Club, and Most Community Service Hours.
Since the 7th grade, Lexi has been part of the RISD cheer program and has competed on numerous UIL and NCA competition teams over the years. Lexi has also been a competitive cheerleader at United Elite.
Outside of cheerleading, Lexi is active in school clubs and her community. She is a member of the National Honor Society, interns as part of the RISD Health Science Program, and served as a Student Council officer. Lexi attends Lake Pointe Church and loves to volunteer in the children’s ministry.
Lexi is thankful to have the love and support of her parents, Marco and Katie Duran, and her brother, Luke, who attends Utley Middle School.
In the future, Lexi plans on attending the University of Arkansas to pursue a degree in medicine.
