ROCKWALL, TX (Sept. 22, 2022) Rockwall Parks & Recreation will present the 14th Annual Rib Rub Run & Roll Saturday, Oct. 1 at Harry Myers Park with additional activities in Downtown Rockwall.
Here’s the line-up of events:
Saturday, October 1st
Race
– Begins and ends at Harry Myers Park (parking available across the street)
– 1 mile Fun Run – 8:30am
– 10k – 8:45am
– 5k – 8:55am
– Awards at 10:00am
BBQ Competition at Harry Myers Park
– Sanctioned by Outlaw BBQ
– Awards at 5pm
Car Show Downtown
– The Car show will take place downtown from 9am-2pm
– Awards will take place at 2pm
– DJ on site
– A pinewood derby will also be happening on the stage downtown
– Food from Casita Food Truck and Joe’s Backyard BBQ
Live Music at Harry Myers Park
– Local Yoakum: 10:00am – 11:30am
– Redwine Band: 12:30pm – 2:00pm
– Jack Tasty Band: 3:00pm – 4:30pm
There will also be a play area for kids at the park as well as yard games for all ages!

Trolleys will run from downtown (108 E. Washington) to Harry Myers Park from 9am-5pm for your convenience.
