ROCKWALL, TX (May 23, 2023) Class of 2015 Rockwall High School graduate Madeline Young, daughter of Barbara Neumann Young, has successfully completed medical school with honors after graduating Magna Cum Laude from Texas A&M with a BioMedical Science degree and then graduating from Texas Tech Health Science Center. Dr. Young will be an OB/GYN. She starts her residency program at John Peter Smith Hospital in Fort Worth next month.
Madeline’s brother, Dr. Drew Young (RHS graduate, Class of 2008) had the honor of “hooding” his sister on May 19. Drew went to O.U. for undergrad then U.I.W. for his Doctorate. He is currently a pharmacist at Texas Children’s Hospital In Houston. He previously worked at Brookshire’s in Forney as a Pharmacy Manager for 8 years.
“Yes, I am one PROUD MOMMA,” wrote Barbara Neumann Young, a single mom. “Their drive and determination to succeed in life is incredible.”
