POSTPONED: Rockwall County Master Gardeners Lessons from the Garden

EDITOR’S NOTE (April 19, 2024) | Due to impending inclement weather,  the decision has been made to postpone Lessons from the Garden scheduled for Saturday, April 20 and rain delay the plant sale pick-up to 11am-2pm. Stay tuned for updates from the Rockwall County Master Gardeners. 

ROCKWALL, TX (April 9, 2024) Rockwall County Master Gardeners invite you to “Lessons From the Garden” on Saturday April 20th at the Rockwall County Courthouse, next to the library. It’s a fun, free, come and go event –– open to the public from 9am to noon.

Featuring learning stations on How to Propagate Plants, What Vegetables to Plant Now, Tree Talk, Irrigation & Water Conservation and a Watershed Demonstration by North Texas Municipal Water District. Enjoy music by Greater Rockwall Youth Symphony, the Wonder of Butterflies, Free Kids Activities and Spring pics with Daisy the Vintage VW Van. Plus, exclusive Master Gardener plants and the always-popular “Ask A Master Gardener” tent. We hope to see you there!
