ROCKWALL COUNTY, TX (March 1, 2025) At approximately 1:30 p.m. on Feb. 28, deputies from the Rockwall County Sheriff’s Office responded to a disturbance in the 1700 block of FM 2453. It was reported that a resident had fired a weapon near utility contractors who were working in the area. Upon arrival, the deputies observed a subject matching the suspect’s description entering a vehicle at the residence where he was last seen. The subject then drove towards a deputy who had turned into the driveway but quickly reversed and drove behind a metal building on the property, causing the deputies to lose visual contact.

With help from the suspect’s family, the deputies were able to identify the suspect and obtained a cell phone number to contact him.
