Rockwall-Heath Highsteppers Senior Showcase 2022: Kimberly Culebro

ROCKWALL/HEATH, TX (May 11, 2022) Kimberly Culebro serves the Rockwall-Heath Highsteppers as Captain and she is a 3-year member. Kimberly is the daughter of Edgar Culebro and Claudia Juarez.

Throughout her years she has served as a Cain Mustang Dancer Lieutenant, 7th grade, and 1st Lieutenant, 8th grade. She served as Captain her freshman year in the Junior Varsity Drill Team, Starsteppers. She then became a Highstepper her sophomore year. During junior year she served as a Junior Lieutenant for the Highsteppers. Then, in her final year, she got the honor of being the Captain of the 17th line of the Highsteppers, and a Forever girl.

Kimberly is the Senior Class Vice President and was also a sophomore and junior class officer. She also serves as the President of the National Dance Honor Society. She’s been an active member of Student Council, National Honor Society, and Mu Alpha Theta since her Sophomore year. She has also danced at a private studio, The Dance FX Studio, for 5 years. Kim has been awarded Academic Excellence and has maintained her spot in the top 4% of her class throughout her High School career. Kimberly has also been nominated to be on the Homecoming Court during her sophomore, junior, and senior year!

Kimberly plans to attend the University of Texas at Austin to major in Government and then hopes to attend Law School to become a Lawyer. Hook Em!
