Strut, Style and Sisterhood: KE Andrews, HomeBank celebrate fashion cent-sibility

ROCKWALL, TX (May 2026) — What began as a creative lesson in fashion on a budget turned into something even more meaningful this year at the second annual style event hosted by KE Andrews and HomeBank Texas.

Camille Rohe of KE Andrews, a property tax consulting firm, joined Kelli Delozier, Rockwall Market President of HomeBank Texas, in welcoming back nationally recognized etiquette expert, speaker, and author Joy Weaver for a fun and fabulous “Fashion on a Budget” experience for employees of both companies.

Emceed by Weaver, the evening challenged employee models from both companies to create six complete looks — five polished workday outfits and one weekend ensemble perfect for date night or shopping — all while staying within a $175 budget.

But while the runway featured smart style choices, coordinated accessories, and plenty of fashion inspiration, the heart of the evening was found in the camaraderie behind the clothes.

Guests enjoyed a catered dinner by Mi Cocina, laughter-filled moments throughout the show, shopping gift card giveaways, and practical tips on stretching a wardrobe budget without sacrificing confidence or professionalism.

It wasn’t just about clothes—it was about lifting ladies up, embracing budget-friendly brilliance, and proving that style doesn’t have to break the bank.

One of the most memorable moments came at the end of the event, when Weaver surprised the models with spontaneous interview questions onstage.

Weaver asked questions such as, “What do you enjoy most about working at KE Andrews?” and “What makes HomeBank special?”

What unfolded was an unscripted but remarkably consistent theme.

One after another, the women spoke about the family atmosphere within their companies, the encouragement they receive from coworkers, and the positive, supportive cultures that make them feel valued both personally and professionally.

That spirit was visible throughout the evening — not only in the interviews, but in the way the women encouraged one another backstage and on the runway. Compliments flowed freely. Outfit choices were celebrated. Nervous laughter turned into confident smiles as coworkers cheered each other on.

It became clear that the event was never really just about clothing.

It was about confidence. Connection. Community.

And perhaps most refreshing of all, it served as a reminder that kindness, encouragement, and authenticity are what truly stand out.

From practical fashion tips to meaningful moments of connection, the evening reflected the very qualities both KE Andrews and HomeBank Texas strive to cultivate within their organizations: professionalism paired with heart.

As guests left with shopping inspiration and giveaway prizes in hand, many also walked away with something less tangible but equally valuable — a glimpse into workplace cultures where people genuinely enjoy supporting one another.

And in today’s world, that may be the best look of all.
