(Rockwall County) Veterans are welcome to be part of the Friday, Nov. 11 dedication of the Rockwall County Veterans Memorial at the Rockwall County Courthouse. Organizers request that currently-serving members of the United States Military who are graduates of Rockwall ISD or Royse City ISD to be in class A uniform.
