(ROWLETT, TX – August 22, 2018) Artists Round Texas presents the Paint and Photograph Rowlett Juried Art Competition, open to all artists 16 and older using 2D media such as oil, acrylic, collage, pen and ink, watercolor, pencil, and more – and photography with or without digital manipulation.
Entries must be postmarked no later than Saturday, September 15.
The Juror is Ruben Contreas, artist and instructor – well-known in the Dallas area for his realistic approach to art.
The reception and awards ceremony will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, October 13 at the Rowlett Annex Building, 3900 Main St. in Rowlett.
