Free shuttle service to and from Joint Disaster Management Resource Center

(ROWLETT, TX – Dec. 31, 2015) The City of Rowlett has announced that DART is now offering free bus shuttle service to-and-from the Joint Disaster Management Resource Center for residents affected by the tornado.
