Rockwall Kiwanis Tri-Rock Triathlon

Help the Rockwall Kiwanis Club support local children by registering for the Tri-Rock Triathlon! The triathlon will be held at the RISD Aquatic Center on Sunday, August 5 and includes a 300 meter pool swim, 13 mile bike ride and 5K run. Transition opens at 6 a.m., with the race starting at 7:15 a.m. Sign up to race at www.rockwallkiwanis.org or www.playtri.com!

New to the Tri-Rock this year is the Splash & Dash race — a 100 meter swim and .5 mile run for kids ages 6-10, and 200 meter swim and 1 mile run for kids ages 11-15. Splash & Dash races begin at 9 a.m.

Rockwall Kiwanis strives to make an impact in the lives of children. The triathlon raises funds for Angel League (baseball league for kids with special needs, Food of Kids (weekend food program), Terrific Kids (student recognition program) and many more. Volunteers are needed to help setup the race! Those interested may email info@rockwallkiwanis.org.
