(ROWLETT-January 28, 2013) It is with great pleasure the Rowlett Chamber of Commerce recognizes Kneggs Investment Properties as its’ January 2013 Business of the Month.
Ray Kneggs and his businesses have been a part of the Rowlett business community for many years. Kneggs Investment Properties has been a part of Rowlett Chamber of Commerce for almost 30 of those years. His tenants at First Rowlett Center characterize Ray as dedicated and responsive. “He cares about helping his tenants to prosper. He is a great landlord,” said says Pam Minatrea of Texas Family Insurance.
The Kneggs business endeavors are a family affair. Ray’s son Ray Jr. and his son and Ray’s wife Shirley are active in the operation of the companies. Both Ray and Shirley are active within the community. They serve as foster grandparents and working with youth through their church. Kneggs Investment Properties is a prime example of the type of business that has helped to make Rowlett a great place to live and do business.
