ROCKWALL (November 3, 2013) Celia Straight was presented the Rockwall Student of Honor at the Rockwall Rotary Club’s October 31st lunch meeting.
Celia attends Dobbs Elementary, and was honored for her outstanding academic and citizenship achievement.
Ruth Johnson, Principal at Dobbs, presented the award.
