Gaylord Texan Performance
The Rockwall-Heath High School Drumline, under the direction of RHHS Cluster Percussion Director Zach Scheer, was recently invited to perform at the Gaylord Texan Hotel and Convention Center in Grapevine.
Students performed as entertainment for a crowd of nearly 1,000 convention attendees. After a riveting performance, they received a standing ovation that lasted several minutes!
Participating RHHS students included Taylor Beedle, Andres Caballero, Connor Kirkpatrick, Colton Mcgee, Ian Zurutuza, Andrew Cope, Matthew Sumpon, Connor Lee, Alexander Pyle, Audrey Nelson, Andrew Meyer, Jamie Wenger, Christian Minth, Danesia Coleman, Ismael Echeverria, Logan Huffhines, Dallas Johnson, and Jurgen Anderson.
North Texas Percussion Ensemble Festival
The RHHS and Cain Middle School Percussion Ensembles recently performed at the North Texas Percussion Ensemble Festival in Forney. Seventh through twelfth grade percussion students performed and received a short clinic from the judges. The RHHS cluster was well represented by these talented musicians!

and (from CMS) McKenna Blenk, Allen Borneman, Nicole Gleason, Michael Orozco, Tristan Reamer, Ryan Delzell, JD Hasley, Jonathan Blackburn, Joel Fowler, Parker Hail, Paul Gallegos, Nicholas Fullington, Cody Cleveland, and Aaron Bender.
