M.E.N.D. 15th annual Walk to Remember at Calvary Church

(Irving) More than 1,000 pink and blue balloons will be released as Mommies Enduring Neonatal Death, or MEND, hosts  its 15th annual Walk to Remember at 2 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 1 at Calvary Church, 4401 N. Highway 161 (Walnut Hill and Highway 161) in Irving.

The event is open to any family that has lost an infant to miscarriage, stillbirth or early infant death. Families that register before Sept. 15 will receive a keepsake personalized ornament with their baby’s name and date of birth/death.
