Adoption fees lowered now through Saturday, April 21 To make room at the Rowlett Animal Shelter, Friends of Rowlett Animals (FRAs) is sponsoring several adoptions, reducing fees to $25 ($5 for seniors) on VIP pets, including all black dogs and cats, and senior pets.
