July 29, 2020 – To honor the untimely death of our outstanding jurist, Justice David L. Bridges, Texas Governor Greg Abbott has directed county judges in the Fifth Court’s jurisdiction to lower flags to half-staff on Saturday, August 1, 2020. Flags on the Texas Capitol Building will also be lowered.
